In Order to Rent a Unit We Require:

• One month deposit
• The signed lease agreement (See Attached on the bottom of our page)
• A copy of your id
• An emergency contact number

   • R350 pm with a R350 deposit

2. 12 Sq Meter Storage First Floor

   • No 116 - 154 and 111 First Floor Units

   • R525pm with a R525 deposit

3. 18 Sq Meter Storage First Floor

   • No 83-106, 173, 184 and 112-115 First Floor Units

   • R625pm with a R625 deposit
